If you are designing your own ad or having someone else design the ad you can email Art@Fit1Media.com for instructions on preferred formats and sizes.

You can view the gallery on this page to see samples of the completed ads and sizes.
The following file types are preferred: .pdf, .tif, .jpg, .png
but we can work with almost any high-resolution files and we use Adobe Products so .psd, .ai, etc… will work well.
